Conversion/Migration Services:

We provide a mapping system to allow you to easily follow the trail of the document migration. We specialize in FileNet Image Services, FileNet Content Services, FileNet P8 and Papervision migrations but can design our system to handle nearly any type of system you may have.

UFC is a primary partner for Prevalent Software’s Distributed Capture Product: Quillix. With years of experience and installations around the world, we can provide your organization with a flexible, cost-effective solution to capture and automate your workflow
processes. UFC can also apply Quillix as an integral part of your disaster recovery plan. This method provides substantial cost savings for your organization, whether administered across a business unit or an entire enterprise.

MuWave® QSX Modules:

UFC has developed a line of customizable modules that can reduce or eliminate user intervention in the capture side workflow and create rules-based routing and engage OCR/ICR engines. In addition, we have modules for email and fax capture, reporting, and barcode creation and recognition.

Multifunctional Device (MFD) Integration:

By combining the world-class MFD products of Lexmark with the flexibility of Quillix, UFC is able to provide remote capture in situations that have low usage but require immediate integration into a company’s document system. Using DOD grade security, the Lexmark MFD can access your company’s Quillix server and immediately queue the document in the proper folder, based on the user’s security level. This requires no user training, and the document is instantly available for processing. UFC and Lexmark can also create custom kiosk-type solutions for your company’s various needs.
