A fixed form is a document in which the data fields are located in the same place from page to page. This makes it possible to configure a template consisting of X and Y coordinates, width, and height. OCR or ICR software can then be used to extract information from each of the zones defined on the template. UFC provides two solutions for OCR and ICR of fixed forms. ABBYY Flexicapture, either in the stand alone version, or built into our MuWave Forms Pro QSX module in Quillix, provides this functionality.
